I believe body alignment, positional awareness and correct posture are the key foundations to a comfortable life. The combination of both Pilates and Yoga are a great way to practice these fundamentals. Pilates, Yoga and Barre compliment each other so well, helping you to develop strength, mobility and flexibility and find muscles that you didn’t even know existed!

Yoga allows me to find space to reconnect and create calm in the midst of a busy chaotic life. I am passionate about embracing and celebrating the many wonders of the human body. I draw attention to how you feel in your body and focus on self appreciation and gratitude. I truly have found my favourite form of mindfulness in yoga and now I want to share it with others around me!
